What’s the difference between perfume oil and spray?

Perfume oils are alcohol-free and sit closer to the skin, creating a more intimate scent experience. Sprays offer stronger projection and a lighter application feel.

Which lasts longer: oil or spray?

Perfume oils generally last longer on the skin. Sprays tend to project further into the air.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer 10ml perfume oils, 50ml sprays, and 100ml sprays.

How long does a 10ml, 50ml, or 100ml bottle last?

A 10ml roll on perfume oil bottle lasts about four to six months with daily use. A 10ml spray bottle typically lasts one to two months with daily use. A 50ml spray bottle can last four to six months. A 100ml spray bottle can last ten to twelve months depending on usage.

What is Eau de Parfum?

Eau de Parfum is a higher concentration fragrance designed to provide long-lasting scent and noticeable performance.

Are your fragrances strong?

Yes. Our fragrances are designed to be noticeable and refined without being overwhelming.

How many sprays should I use?

Two to four sprays is ideal for most occasions. Adjust depending on your preference and setting.

Are your fragrances suitable for sensitive skin?

Our perfume oils are alcohol-free and often preferred by those with sensitive skin. We recommend a patch test if you are unsure.

Longevity & Performance

How long do your fragrances last?

Our sprays typically last six to ten hours. Our perfume oils last eight to twelve hours. For extended wear, apply an unscented moisturiser first, then perfume oil, and finish with a light spray.

Why does a fragrance smell different on my skin?

Skin chemistry, pH levels, and body temperature affect how a fragrance develops. Top notes are noticed first, while base notes last the longest.

How can I make my fragrance last longer?

Apply fragrance to moisturised skin. You can layer perfume oil first and spray over the top to enhance longevity.

Where should I apply perfume for best performance?

Apply to pulse points such as the neck, wrists, inner elbow and behind the ears. These areas help diffuse the scent naturally.

Do your fragrances project strongly?

Yes. Both oils and sprays offer strong projection. Sprays project further, while oils sit closer to the skin.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Adelaide, Australia.

How long does shipping take?

Australian orders typically arrive within two to seven business days. Express options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship perfume oils internationally and are working toward expanding our full collection worldwide.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Tracking details are sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Occasional delays can occur due to courier networks. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist in resolving it promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a fragrance if I don’t like it?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened fragrances. We recommend starting with a Discovery Set if you are unsure.

What is your return policy?

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within our stated return period. Please contact us for assistance.

Can I exchange my fragrance?

We do not offer exchanges on opened fragrances. If your item is unopened, contact us and we will review your request.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.

What if I received the wrong product?
